Like HOST_Lily said, contact anyone at Disney except VMK, since contacting VMK probably won’t make a difference.

I know over at vmkforums a number of us are contacting Disney. We’re using the “profitable for Disney” angle - that if they turned it into a pay to play game in order to keep it they would have a ready made customer base.

I doubt it will work (Disney rarely ever reverses decisions like this), but it’s definitely worthwhile to let them know how we all feel.
I’m certainly bummed that VMK is closing…

Face it, vmk is closing and they’re not going to let us stop them. They never answer the contact us messages we send them.. The only thing we can do now is enjoy vmk while it lasts.

I can tell you that contacting these people won’t get you anywhere. They’re forwarding all emails to Customer Service, and deleting voicemails. Slamming them is hurting, not helping, your case.
