Can I have a free use MASS EMAIL SENDING software?

I want to launch a email campaign. but most of those mass email sending software is expensive.
So, could you please provide me a free one to use?
two features are very important
1) XLS list could be imported
2) Html emai supported

    Hi, the email software I use is called Group Mail. I like it a lot and have never had any problems. Group Mail has all the features you need, is easy to use and best of all it has a free version! I think you can download it here-
