Any Games Played By Email?
Im looking for games played by email.
Games that have the same style of Rome total war turn based campaign or civilization’s multilplayer or maybe something like Europa Universalis but has a played-by-email multiplayer mode.

Well Civilization does, but you already mentioned that. Another one that I’d recommend is a virtually unheard of game called “Space Empires V”. You can play this by email and it’s just like Civ, except it’s in space. Fantastic game. Check the link to give the demo a try if your interested. It’s the best game that you never heard of.
