Literally, it could be anything. It could be a virus, and if it was it’s not your dad’s fault for sending it to you…
On the other hand, it could be completely harmless.

there are some campaign links that are virus links. I read about some the other day on the microsoft watch list. I don’t know how you would fix your account but I would definitely run some anti virus scans on your pc.
