How to send a very long email to a large number of recipients who use different email servers?

What I’d like to do is to send an email to start a campaign (against passing a new law in Iran), so I’m asking people to forward it to their contacts. in doing this there are a couple of matters I’m not too sure about, please help! :
In sending this email I need to consider that:
1. many web-sites in Iran are blocked, so just giving the link to people is not enough (they can’t open the page!). so I decided to copy and paste several articles from those blocked web-sites (that is why my email is very long!) and add it to my own request and explanation about the campaign and send it to people.
2. The articles and my own writings are all in Farsi (Persian- the letters are the same with Arabic in terms of Unicode characters)
therefore my concern is that:
a. some servers may not send/receive the whole email. does any body know if there is any solution to this apart from shortening the email?
b. will I have the problem of email servers not showing the Arabic letters? I tried sending and receiving the email by my yahoo and hotmail accounts, it seems okay. can I be sure every body will be able to see the stuff?

if this is not the best way of doing it, can you think of any alternative way? I am actually going to print and scan my own writing (rather because I don’t want any one to make any change in it) and put it in the email as an image. do you think this is the best way of doing the job for the whole email?

Any feedback is most appreciated!
Thanks everyone!

Just send the whole email as text - it won’t be very large. Scanning your own writing, however, will be much larger.

Most mail servers seeing this many messages with a large attached file will treat it as spam, which it is. They may just drop it without notice to you. Second, by posting a copy of blocked material you put yourself and anyone you send it to at risk of a long prison sentence. This is the law in the country.

Yes, making it as image will be the best thing to do and all email server support image. So, your worry about the altering of the language or the character will vanish.

attached files may be treated as spam, so not everybody will receive them. I would use text instead, and if 80% will receive them you should be happy. just try to avoid key words that could be detected and blocked.

try this way first and if it does not work, try the print and scan method as a second choice.

    good luck!
