How do I report a venomous person harassing me by email?

I would like to think that, were you to report him to Yahoo, they’d investigate and take appropriate action.
However, I believe that this site has gotten beyond Yahoo’s ability to manage. Rather than investigate, they just take drastic action and unilateral action.
There’s a rule about not creating multiple accounts and voting for yourself. I’ve seen questions with two answers and aver a hundred votes between them
I know people who have been reported for posting a pertinent YA Guideline.
I see a lot of answers, “I don’t know.” or “Thanks for the points.” Both are illegal.
Yahoo expects us to do their job for them, but when we do, we get in trouble.
And when it get too far out of control, like their chat rooms, rather than get their act together, they just eliminate the feature.
I don’t know what the answer is. I suppose, if you’re getting a lot of these kinds of things from this one guy, I’d report him. Yahoo’s privacy policy protects these buggers as much as it protects you.
You might suggest to him that he’s harassing your 13-year old daughter and if you see another email from him, you’ll report him to the police. YA privacy doesn’t protect him from them.
