Yikes - the company who built our database has NO support. I am wondering if any of you out there know of a CRM that will do the following:

1. allow us to create custom fields or tabs in the database
2. schedule email campaigns. i would like to have HTML emails, where I can populate in certain fields like name and price of quote, etc.
3. schedule reminders/calls
4. autogenerate website forms, which when filled out, that information automatically populates in the database.
5. we would like to also customize for other industries and resell by building the “skin” without having to know programming.

If any of you have suggestions we would greatly appreciate it!!!

I want one whatever it is.

The website is about electronics as the title says and we have great items along with great prices and fast shipping. I just got it up but it looks like beside yahoo and google advertise nothing works in the right way.

We just did an email campaign and that one helped. The cost was cheap i will ay under 50$ for more then 100,000 emails sent in our name.

we had about 75% unique visitors. All brought us sells and new accounts. The thing is now i can’t find some advert at the same price/quality… I came across with a lot of websites but nothing serious. The ‘good’ ones are charging the leg, the hand and my ears on top for their ‘ advert’

I will appreciate if anyone know a good website or a good way to advert. I will not use surf ti click or anything like this. We need some real traffic with real costumers.

My little sister borrowed my cell phone and when I got it back, my picture mail didn’t work anymore. It says that I can’t send any pics because I have too many pending pictures and need to delete some. It won’t log on to my sent mail from my phone, so I went online to do it from Sprint.com and I couldn’t find it anywhere. Can someone please help me? I **** to have to drive all the way to the Sprint store to get it fixed….

In the spring, I ran for school board. I sent a campaign email to everyone who works at the school, and I got a pretty ugly reply the day before the election from an employee that doesn’t like me. It wasn’t the reply that bothered me so much, as the fact that she sent it as a reply-all, so it went to everyone at the school. In it, she called me vindictive and malicious, among other things said. I lost the election and I feel that the emails (there was more than one) were part of the reason. Does this attack on my character constitute as libel, and am I within my rights to sue? Would it even be worth suing?
For clarification sake- I sent my email to an administrator and asked her to forward it to the employees, because they had done it with another campaigner. Also, when the person sent the first reply-all, I responded that I would meet with her and then she responded to everyone once again that I was vindictive and malicious. She mentioned things in both letters that she would not be able to argue out of that she didn’t write it or didn’t mean to send it. In fact, she mentioned that she sent it to everyone because she didn’t want any misunderstandings about what she had said to me.
