Has anyone heard about an email from (i’m assuming) the management of a pennsylvania target full of racial slurrs? if so, is it posted anywhere I can read it?

I’m going into high school next year, and I just read on Yahoo! that the almighty US is doing very poorly in keeping it’s cities clean. I live in Indianapolis, Indiana. I want to start something where I can put flyers up in my school and urge kids to come and help clean up things like trash around the highways.

I don’t want to volunteer anywhere, because I want to start my own campaign. All I want is for me, and kids from my high school (Or if I get bigger than I anticipate..) other kids from other local schools can help to walk around the downtown city and highways of Indianapolis. I would have friends with trucks park near so we can put the trash bags and large trash like tires in the back. I am very proud to be from Indianapolis, and I would be even prouder to be here when it’s cleaner. I think I’ll talk to my high school counselor about it, and she’ll/he’ll tell me where to start. I want to know who to contact, I want the city to know we’re out here wandering around cleaning. Should I write a letter or email or call? And who?

My friend is an Army recruiter and he wants to go above and beyond his limits. Instead of just doing the driving and the phone calls, he would like to reach out by email or have help from an advertisement agency to promote his Ads. Is there a major place in every community where there may be a webmaster that can distribute an email to most people in the community thu work or home? I know that as a recruiter there is a email campaign but from my understanding its already people in the system. my friend wants to reach out to the whole community. Would it be a good idea to hit the post office as well?

I’m doing a evaluation project in my marketing class about Kay Jewelers. Their campaign is “Every Kiss beigins with Kay.” I need some insight or veiws on the consept. Does it get your attention, could you have recalled the consept if I didn’t give it to you? Is it origional? Does it reach the intended audience? Thank for your help.
