How can I transfer Yahoo online mail folders to Eudora desktop?

I created several folders on my online Yahoo account. I’ve synced my account up to Eudora, and though my inbox has copied over, my mailboxes have not. How can I sync my mailboxes?

I don’t believe you can. Yahoo uses pop3 and you need imap to be able to download your folders. See this link for more info.
