How can my friend best advertise his army recruiting within the community?
My friend is an Army recruiter and he wants to go above and beyond his limits. Instead of just doing the driving and the phone calls, he would like to reach out by email or have help from an advertisement agency to promote his Ads. Is there a major place in every community where there may be a webmaster that can distribute an email to most people in the community thu work or home? I know that as a recruiter there is a email campaign but from my understanding its already people in the system. my friend wants to reach out to the whole community. Would it be a good idea to hit the post office as well?

In Spain on national television there are about 10000 adverts on a day -_- and when the secondary schools finish [16 years of age in June] they visit all the schools in an attempt to make you join, but you can’t join the National Army untill 18. But you can still spend two years training and getting paied… it’s quite good pay here you know…
So had out flyers and visit schools I would say. I’d have no intrest in joining the army -_- the Spanish army… but they make it so you see it everywhere - do the same

i know you can do it at some schools and colleges… and they advertise enough on T.V. jeesus christ like 20 times when i was trying to watch the history channel
