How to start a campaign for peace? Like what do you guys believe must be done to get peace?
Well I want to start a campaign for peace in the world. Also in case you guys are wondering this has nothing to do with religion because to me religion has some part of the reason why there isn’t peace. Also I’m not an atheist. I am a catholic, but I don’t believe in some of the catholic beliefs. Well the reason why i think religion has a part in not having peace is because of well think about it…..
The Muslims **** the Jews.
The catholic church actually force Mexicans to follow the Catholic religion.
Also there is a lot of corruption in religions.
I do believe though that every1 has the right to practice religion, but they shouldn’t shove it down our throats.
So then what do you guys think will bring more peace to the world?
I also believe legalizing pot will bring more peace. I believe this because then there will be less drug wars in Mexico and in the United States. There will also be less pot users doing crimes like robbing people for money to buy it.
Also I don’t smoke pot, but I think it can really make a lot of difference if it was legal.
so please give me some of your views to have peace.
Also I am trying to start an organization for peace and yes I know this is like nearly impossible, but I believe it can be achieved or it can bring more peace into the world. So if you would like to join this just email on here or just tell me when you answer.
also here is the theme song for this organization.

thanks.
Actually feeding and sheltering the homeless is also apart of this.
There are other things that are part of this.
I just didn’t want to explain everything.
Well then here is the web site though.
it’s not the permanent web site, but it works for now.
I hope you guys do join. There is nothing much to it yet, but just give me some time.

You could fly to Afghanistan and talk with Al-Queda personally.
I’m sure they would love to hear your ideas.

Unfortunately world peace will never be achieved. Someone always dislikes someone and there is nothing anyone can do to change that. A more worthwhile cause would be to feed and clothe the poor and homeless.

Peace is what happens between wars. You can’t create a framework for everlasting peace on Earth. It’s not realistic. We have to compete for resources which are at any point in time, finite. Because of this, competition can escalate to war. Until you supply everyone with everything they could need (impossible) conditions for permanent peace do not exist.

First you have to get people to stop hating, and then you have to stop people from being greedy. If the guidelines of religion, such as the Ten Commandments and the Buddhist 8 fold path are not followed there is no hope. Religion isn’t the problem; it’s religion in the hands of hateful greedy people that start wars.
There will always be men like Hitler, Castro, Chaves, Stalin, Sadam Hussein, bin Laden etc. The list is endless. Good luck. The whole purpose of the United Nations is to solve the problem of world peace and look how poorly that works.

Good question. You’re on the right track, but let me point you to a site that could help you with it:

There are only two people I’m aware of who successfully brought about change through non-violent means. Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. Martin Luther King. You might read about them. Be realistic in setting goals. You aren’t going to change the world overnight and you may never be able to bring about world peace. So start with small accomplishable goals. This is a life long process not something that gets fixed right away. Be open to the thoughts and ideas of others including people who won’t agree with you. Don’t get so caught up in this that you’re no longer living life. And finally, be an example of a peace loving person. Let your actions speak louder than your words. I wish you well in this endeavor.

Look in the real world.
Decode this lyrics ” Give me peace on earth”
Try it out with ” Children are to be seen and not to be heard”
Go back to school and learn some more.
Let the “Dirty old men” work with peace and quiet in solving the mess out there in time.
Luke 21.30-33
Luke 6.39-40,41-45,46-49
Luke 9.25,55-56,60
Matt 22.17-21,32
What do you think?
