Outlook: How can I set up a list, and send an email to one email address and deliver to multiple addressed?

This way a sender only needs to type in one address and the email gets sent to all of his target audience?

I would be really grateful if someone can show me how to set this up in Outlook.

choose under file “create group” name the group, then add all the people you want from your address book. when you want to send mail to the group just select the group card from your addresses as the recipient. good luck.
