I am so mad! I called customer service after I ordered this and they assured me that they were honoring that price.
It says that your oder has been cancelled.
If they aren’t going to honor the price then they need to give a coupon or SOMETHING.

Seems like a few people today have had the same problem. Must of been a glich in the system. I hope you get it for the advertised price. I would be mad too if they didnt!

The exact same thing happened to me!!! I was SO mad!!!! I was told I would get the sale price and then they canceled it! I called and complained, but they didn’t really care! They said they would file a complaint, but their such a monopoloy they don’t care about making a few people mad! I am just so disappointed!!!!!

Same thing happened to me. I ordered one for our son and my mother was going to order one for the new baby. I placed my order and the next day got a form letter stating that it was canceled. I wrote them an email because I ordered the one with the granite cover and it was canceled but several who ordered the Cowmooflage received theirs. If they canceled one order they should cancel them all. But I feel like they advertised the price and should stand behind it. Due to the way they dealt with this in such an unprofessional manner I am considering pulling my baby registry with them. Their customer service is very lacking.

Yes- I received a cancellation e-mail. A few of my friends were also told customer service reps that they would honor the price.
I started a group boycotting Target because of this fiasco- it’s on Facebook if you’re interested in joining- called “Boycott Target” (clever, huh?).

My order was cancelled, but I didn’t even get an email. I ordered the granite. I called Target 3 times and keep getting a different story. The last guy I talked to said that Target is in negotiations with Britax to try to come up with a solution.
