A question about the President’s wife?
I keep getting emails about Cindy McCain and how great she is compared to Michelle Obama and how she will be the perfect replacement for “lovely Laura Bush.”
Who started this ridiculous email campaign on her behalf and where do people get off thinking Cindy McCain will make a great president’s wife?
The woman was addicted to drugs, stole from her own medical charity to pay for the pills, and then avoided prosection for theft by making a deal with the Justice Dept. Add to this her affair with John McCain while he was still married!
P.S. This is not a pro-Obama rant - I’m not voting for either of these guys.

there is more, she doesn’t pay taxes on her home in california and she steals recipes and calls them her own.

I get sick of hearing about which charity this or that First Lady supports and how much money and time goes into it.
They make it into a competition over who can appear more virtuous.
Michelle and Cindy are both wealthy and I don’t give a damn about the checks they write to charities. What about virtue and character and values? That’s rare in a First Lady.
Besides, my main concern is getting a man in office who’s willing to reign in our out of control economic and foreign policy.

Its amazing how people forget criminal activity like you mentioned and focus on whether or not some one in church is there to worship the pastor or twisting up words and trying to say something that isnt as a reason not to vote for someone.
Oddly those ranting over public finance must have blinders on about McCain flip floping on that and getting a loan and then changing his mind,
Its the big stuff, people should not forget those e-mails are to take the focus off the real big issues and get people talking about stuff that does not matter, or that will not affect anything except favor the big wrongdoers. Its ten on the minds of no one.

They were slave owners, adulterers, liars, raicists, and so on.

While I can’t stand her husband, I think Laura Bush has been the classiest first lady we have had in forever. Cindy and Michelle. Would rather have Cindy. At least she doesn’t shoot off her mouth all the time.

She does not appear to be on drugs now. There are many people in this country who are and/or have been on drugs. She may give them hope that they too can kick their bad habits. This question comes across as one by an Obamite to smear the Republicans.

we all have damn skeletons in our closets…I would rather deal with Mrs. McCain’s former issues than Michelle O’s hatred of this country!
