question for Microsoft OUTLOOK.please help?



ok…i’m running an email campaign for my business…i’m trying to send out a standard email with some information contained in the email to over 1,000 emails at one time. i know how to set it up (well atleast i think i do) and it’s taking forever to send out this message…i send out this email in groups of 250 emails. and yesterday afternoon i sent out 4 groups of 250 emails and they still have not gone through. each email is about 630 KB…can someone help me on how i can get these emails out faster…thanks!

    There is not going to be any faster way. When you are sending out that many emails it is going to take some time. Do you have an older system? What kind of internet do you have? Because you are uploading that 630kb a thousand times. Those are all factors.

    paste the names of the reciepients in the BCC field.

    Some ISPs prohibit spamming and will not let you do that. You may want to call your ISP and find out. This has nothing to do with Outlook. It’s more of an internet bandwidth issue and your ISP. Your probably violating your terms of service contract with your ISP, unless you specifically bought their business plan.

    Your Sending out over 630MB… that will take a while… Also most ISP’s have a limit of how many/how much you can send out. For example: I run e-mail systems for the company I work for, as a BUSINESS, we can only send out 1000 e-mail a day…
