How to send business email, without being considered as spam?

We send business emails to potential clients, once in a year. But, of late, a number of business emails sent are thrown out, considering them as spam. The very purpose of sending mails are lost. How to reach the targeted persons without being thrown out as spam?

use an accredited online agency who will broadcast the emails for you via a registered server. This will make it less likely that your potential clients servers will consider the email as as spam.

However, their firewalls could be picking up keywords in the subject line of your email which are also having them listed as spam.

If this continues to be a problem, you might want to consider using another backup medium e.g. sending a brochure by post.
