I use emailsmartz basic sender for bulk email. I use targeted email and comply with all the rules. I am no unable to use the program since my ISP comcast has blocked me. What are my options? I need to send targeted emails.
Virtually NO ISP allows bulk mailing to be done through its mailservers, because the costs of doing so are extremely prohibitive.
What is a one time outlay for spam software for you, is an unending expense for the MANY ISPs your spam passes through (starting with your own, ending with each of your targets) and no ISP is willing to shoulder the costs of your advertising.
Most people on the internet make a solid point of never doing business with people who send them spam email.
Targetted email just means that you bought a list with people’s addresses, it does not imply that those people want, welcome, or need your spam. The only way to send truly acceptable bulk email is to build your own customer list and ask each of them if they want to recieve your advertising in their email. The vast majority will say no. The other 15% generally are new to the net and have no idea what is going on.
Ethical businesses do NOT use spam as an advertising medium.
