   Start a blog
   create a youtube video that highlights your business but is still funny, creative and attracts lots of hits
   Buy keyword clicks through Google Adwords or Yahoo Search Marketing
   Answer every question in Yahoo Answers with a plug for your website, like the previous answerer did (not recommended, but lots of people do it)
   Attract people to your facebook or twitter messages

   You definitely want to make sure your website has good SEO (Search Engine Optimization) so that the search engines can find and index your site so your target audience can find you.

   Social Media is another very important source. There are many different avenues:social networks, podcats, blogs, etc. If you are unsure if you want to use Social Media, get started anyway. Social Networks like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. require time to build up a following of fellow Networkers. It’s easier to build now and then promote your site when you’re ready.

   Pay Per Click (PPC) and Google Adsense are also ways to go as well as writing Articles, publishing E-zines.

   The options are only as limited as your imagination. Many of the marketing techniques are free or very low cost, but require some hard work and organization.

   - directory submissions
   - blog postings
   - article submissions
   - link exchange

   - forum postings
   - blog commenting
   - web design and development
   - affiliate marketing
   - buzz marketing
   - joining internet marketing groups and communities
   - social bookmarking
   - video submissions
   - link baiting
   - long tail linking
