   Sorry, I don’t live in California. However, I have written all the Senators in protest of this bill. Here was the response I sent to CNN this morning. Please feel free to use any portion of it you wish.
   Yesterday, a person cut a hole in my back yard fence. He and his family came through that fence and broke into my home and took it over. Even though I called the police, the police would do nothing because the family that took over my home was undocumented and protected by Chicago’s Sanctuary City Laws and it is a Federal Issue. The family took over my bedroom and my kitchen and forced me to pay their expenses. Eviction proceedings require a 30 day notice and me to go to court. I don’t have the money to do this. What do I do now? — This is the true effect and the true face of illegal immigration but instead of one small property, it is occurring Nationwide. Meanwhile, at school, a young fourth grader takes an MP3 player out of someone else’s locker. That young student is facing felony theft charges because the theft occurred on school property. That young student gets expelled from school and will eventually be placed in a special school for juvenile delinquents. This is fact. Our citizens are being punished regardless of age, race, or status while the illegals or undocumented and those who hire, harbor and help them get a pass!

   We have an insincere Government that refuses to enforce the laws that it passed. The Government refuses to secure our borders and has failed miserably at protecting our citizens from all enemies, foreign and domestic. Section 8 USC1324A and 274A of the INA already provide enough rule of law to take care of our illegal immigration problem. We really don’t need anymore laws. Mr. Chertoff said, yesterday, that he is not interested in arresting the Maids and the service workers, he wants to go after the terrorists and the drug dealers. Well, Mr. Chertoff has shown how stupid and uninformed he really is. One of the recent terrorists who planned to attack Ft. Dix was a PIZZA DELIVERY person! So tell us again, in the name of National Security, why we shouldn’t be going after the Maids and these others who are posing as harmless?

   In 1986, Amnesty was given to 3 million illegal aliens. More stringent laws were passed but have not been enforced. Today we have 12-20 million illegal aliens residing in the country. US. Citizens have had 9/11/01, tainted food, increasing drugs, increasing gangs, invasion of our privacy, identity theft, higher taxes, inadequate medical care, inadequate education, loss of jobs, higher prices, lawbreakers marching in our streets, forced to accept Spanish language, and FAILURE TO ENFORCE OUR LAWS. We have Sanctuary cities that have effectively seceded from the United States and refused to aide our Federal Law Enforcement Officers. It is not a coincidence that these Sanctuary Cities have huge populations of illegal aliens (500,000 in Chicago and millions in California). That is literally a declaration of war against our Federal Government. The biggest problem facing the USA Today is our traitorous government and its insincereity as regards protecting our citizens and our borders from all enemies, foreign and domestic. A law regarding a border fence passed and as a show of sincereity, our government has managed to build only two miles of that fence since its passage and thousands of illegal aliens are still crossing our borders daily in defiance of the laws. Last week, an attack on Ft. Dix was foiled but as we all heard, there were numerous targets nationwide and we have yet to learn where the other terrorist cells are. Are they being sheltered in our churches or in Sanctuary Cities as at least one of the Ft. Dix six was?

   Illegal immigration is not really our problem. Our Immigration Laws are not broken. What is broken is our leadership and its failure to uphold the Constitution and the laws of the land. We have a treasonous government that punishes law enforcement for doing its job and punishes its citizens for being loyal. The real criminals work at the Nation’s Capitol and are terrorist enablers and are the true threats to U.S. Sovereignty. That’s where the real change needs to be made.

   i made an “we are against illegal immigration” discussion board. because i keep getting reported because i dont approve of illegal immigrants being here. soooo if your bored and you want to come hang out on my discussion board and talk about the current situation. feel free to stop by. =) oh yea its new so its not up to its full potential yet. its just starting out.

   Not California but Texas… and we feel your pain. We can all thank Senator Kennedy for pushing this insanity through the Senate, but I have hopes that it there will be fireworks when it hits the House.
   I simply cannot understand why this Congress refuses to secure out southern and west coast borders. Truly, it boggles the mind.

   I used to live in California but not anymore. I think this immigration bill is stupid. Why because why is it OK for some people to break the law and not others. How can you let thousands of people break the laws and try to enforce the laws on others. To me it seem like what they are saying it’s OK for you to break the law, but its not OK for others. Why have laws at all? These people are not suppose to be here they have no right to be here but we are suppose to just look the other way for them. Were suppose to pay for their children to use our schools, pay for their Medicaid, their food stamps, because US Citizens can get them and if their children are born here then the children can get them. Why do I have to pay for them I don’t want to. If I tried to get the benefits they would tell me no and to get a job. NO! Get rid of them! I would tell them to change the Constitution adding that any person born in this country who’s parents are not US citizens or legal residence of the US will be denied citizenship. This to me would get rid of thousands or illegals who **** our county dry because we tax payers have to pick up the price tag for them. I would also encourage Congress to denied the purchase of land to non US residence and Citizens. Illegal is just that illegal!
