Ever wonder who those road rage people are? What makes a person act foolishly?

Example:
Cstint (name changed) asked for opinions on a statement she alleged was made by her mother in-law. I offered my honest thoughts. She didn’t like it and began a childish jr high **** email campaign (basically just emailing profanity to me). Why would the opinion of a total nameless stranger mean so much to a person they would do something like that? Are they bored? Insecure? Hateful? Drama queens? Are there people who really do live no where else but online? Is it healthy (even if they don’t have healthy relationships in the real world)?
OK-retarded or not-this isn’t reality-this is perhaps a poor example-I’m sure this poster acts this way off the net too.
Some people change when on the internet or in their cars. The joke about the soccer mom in the mini van with peace stickers who flips off other traffic- what is it that changes a person, Jeckel and Hyde style-or is this the true person showing through? Really-even if you think it’s dirty laundry or not-it’s a very curious thing. Almost as if the person is drunk and inhibitions are lowered…opinions
