Did you know NBC is trying to take your rights, and stifle Mike Gravel?

Even if your not for Gravel, IT IS ALL OUT FREEDOM THEIR TRYING TO TAKE! In the past year, Gravel has attended 11 national Democratic debates of which two were sponsored by corporate media giant NBC. However, last week, NBC suddenly conjured up arbitrary polling and fundraising requirements specifically designed to exclude him. None
of the previous debates he attended held such requirements. So I ask that anyone, who is as concerned as I am about the power of the mainstream media and the military-industrial complex, speak out in support of Mike Gravels campaign today. Here are 2powerful things you can do:1. Sign the online petition to have him included in the debate!

2. Contact NBC and GE and tell them they are wrong for trying to stifle Gravel’s campaign! Here are there emails you can copy/paste into your “TO:” field of your email. chuck.todd@nbcuni.com, viewerservices@msnbc.com,

I really think there is no basis for blocking any candidate months before a single ballot has been cast in a primary.

You do realize that there needs to be some cut off based on poles and funding dont you…..or would you prefer to have debates that include all 70 or so decaled candidates? If this issue is so important to you why didnt you complain when Monroe “Volcanoe Man” Lee was left out of the debate….Oh you never heard of Volcano man?

    Link to all candidates

Yup knew the Democrats were on it, especially driven is Hillary Clinton. This is new. Many thanks I will take all of the info down & research it. I know about savetheinternet.com, the Talk Radio tuff. This is deep. What else is new. Politics during a Clinton term/election? Gimme a break. And no body reads this stuff??
By the time they can it will be too late. Not sure Gravel’s platform
I guess he is working to prevent the mounting efforts towards censorship.

edit : read the link… interesting more & more Democrats are seeing the light

NBC would be dead in the water if they lost their government contracts/laws for weapons, “green” technology, and medical equipment.

Any politician who doesn’t want to play the big money / lobbying game isn’t going to get any support from the powers that be.

I’m surprised he got this far. Damn internet ruining the media oligopoly.

This is nothing new. I seem to remember that at some point in all elections those running these debate forums decide to winnow the pack. I’m guessing that’s what has happened here. I wouldn’t characterize it as NBC taking away my rights — I prefer watching paint dry to watching these events — though it is too bad for Mr Gravel. Though he has a unique voice maybe it’s time for him to realize he has gotten no traction and follow Sam Brownback.

  6. Macaffluent Says:

You are exactly right, all of the mainstream media, including
NBC try to exclude all candidates who do not meet their
standards. They never stop to think that it is the voters who will make the final decision, not them.

  7. Cilla Says:

    I’m signing! Let Gravel speak!
    Everyone should!
DON’T LET THEM STACK THE DECK ANY MORE THEN THEY HAVE! Even if your not for Gravel, Tell them You Want the RIGHT TO CHOOSE!!
