Do you think there are enough resources for teen mothers? (YOUR ANSWER WILL BE USED IN A CAMPAIGN)?

I am the president of a non profit organization. We are getting ready to launch a Teen Mom Campaign to support the Teen Mothers in Rochester, Ny and eventually throughout the US. Please answer the following questions.

1) Do you think that there are enough resources for teen mothers where you live?

2) Do you think there are enough resources for teenage girls that inform them about motherhood’s consequences?

3)What do you suggest for both cases?

4) Do you support teen parenting?

5) Have you ever been a teen parent?

Your answers will be anonimously used throughout our Teen Mom Campaign as data. If you post your answers you agree with the sharing of your information for public uses.

Thankyou! If you are interested in what our group is doing, please email us at MAD4U.rochester@gmail.com
