Is it a little weird to have a President’s campaign arm write form emails to send to Congress and send schedul?

schedules of Congressmen office hours out and tell supporters who might not even care about an issue to support it to Congressmen?

Has this ever happened before?

Because I admit I didn’t watch Bush closely for too long, but if he did this, I missed it.

    It happens all the time.
    It’s been happening for decades.
Before email, there were form LETTERS.

The world did not begin the day you started paying attention to it.

I have watched politics for over 30 years and I have never seen this level of control from a White House. It is very spooky.

I’ve never heard of a president doing this. Bush and Clinton meddled a lot more than they should have but I don’t remember anything like this.

Thanks for keeping us plugged in. The more vigilant we remain, the more likely such tactics will backfire.
