This email is directed to all individuals that have been scammed in all parts of the world. In reference to the just concluded meeting, the UNCC in affiliation with Barrack Obama Campaign have agreed to compensate them with categorical payment sum of $800,000 each. In its decision 17″ of 24th March 2006, the Governing Council established basic principles for the distribution of compensation payments to successful claimants. This decision was made two months before the resolution of the first installment of claims before the Commission.

As stated in the Secretary-General’s report of 2nd May 2006, it was anticipated that the value of approved awards would far exceed the resources available in the Compensation Fund at any given time.

The Governing Council therefore devised a mechanism for the allocation of available funds to successful claimants that gave priority to the three urgent categories of claims and which, within each category, would give equal treatment to similarly situated claims. Only when each successful claimant in categories “A”, “B” and “C” had been paid an initial amount up to US$2,500 would payments commence for claims in other categories.

Accordingly, the first phase of payment involved an initial payment of US$2,500 to each successful individual claimant in categories “A” and “C”. However, for humanitarian reasons, all category “B” claims will be paid in full of a total USD$800,000. A total of US$3,252,337,997.09 was made available to 1,498,119 successful individual claimants in categories “A”, “B” and “C” under the first phase of payments. A claimant includes every foreign contractor that may have not received their contract sum, and people that have had an unfinished transaction or international businesses that failed due to Government problems etc. We found your name in our list and that is why you are receiving this email notification.

I am Korean and I want to know if China is trying to kill our country. For those who haven’t known, China has silently declared war on the United States and many other nations. They are using unorthodox methods of attack that we will not fight back against effectively, since we do not even realize we are under attack. Their first target is our children. Children are our future. Attack them effectively, and what could have been our future is destroyed. Toys tainted with lead paint cause brain damage, which will lead to learning disabilities and behavioral problems. Enough exposure can cause seizures, coma and even death. The Chinese are targeting us in our cars and on our freeways with tires that blow out as we fly down the road at 65 miles an hour, causing many highway fatalities. They are putting Diethylene Glycol, a highly poisonous ingredient of anti-freeze, into medicines and toothpastes instead of glycerin. Can the answer be as simple as avoiding anything made in China?

On reading your latest blog and on keeping a file of your prior blogs and statements, it leads me to this question:

Do you know where Madeleine is? It must be hard going keeping this big secret ” if “you do and the time has come for you or Kate to either bring her back, now you have enough money or come clean with what ” ACTUALLY HAPPENED ”

How can you plan ” LONG TERM ” this does not make sense. I beg and plead that you come clean if you do know something. You wont have a good future if you dont, no matter what you think. Money cannot buy you happiness and Madeleine and the twins deserve honesty. If and I say if and these are just questions not accusations, if this is a plan that has rolled out of all proportion then it is not too late to stop the ball rolling.

If I am way off key then please tell me. I am amongst thousands asking the same questions. You only have to go on to any forum to find people from all over the world touched by this case in ways beyond anyones imagination. I will beg and plead for you or who ever is reading this to not bin this email but to consider it and tell me if I and others have misunderstood your campaign and we are all wrong in our thoughts. I have every right as a caring member of this world, trying to find justice for Madeleine, I have every right to ask the people who ASK for my and everyones money if they are in involved. I am not accusing but ASKING. As for the slander thing - BRING IT ON - at least that way it would be out and they would have to answer questions that the world can see are now URGENT - I did not leave my children alone night after night. I do not say things like ” its like being over my student overdraft” or we are looking ” long term ” a phrase never used before by parents who have a missing child. So keep on with the judging me and my actions and stand by and let child neglect continue as children have no rights in your eyes.
