Is Yahoo Answers really giving away light bulbs for the Be a Better Planet campaign?

I have gotten multiple best answers since this started yet no emails from yahoo about the light bub. Also, every time I click on the link it keeps saying “Get Started” and I’m not sure if I’m really signed up. Anyone else sign up for this? Any info if you know how this works…thanks! *_*
