Hi I just applied for the Target in Lowell online. But sadly they gave me this email?

Are they just saying this because the new store isn’t built yet and they can’t hire people right now since the store isn’t actually up and running? But will they still keep me on file? I was so disappointed and so devastated getting this email! Please help me!
